This web accessible data base enables District Superintendents (in the case of a Senior Pastor search) and Senior Pastors (in the case of an Associate Staff search) to discover matches between a pastor's and a church's profile. We believe MinisterConnection results in the pastor being called to a church that needs his or her unique set of ministry skills and personal interests.
